We're pleased to accept your pets at Woodland Oaks in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We do have a pet policy in place, which includes weight restrictions as well as 2 pets max.

This community welcomes both dogs and cats, with a 2-pet maximum per household. Each pet must weigh 40lbs or less at full maturity. All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in. A non-refundable pet fee of $350, and monthly pet rent of $35 are required. Emotional support animals and service animals are not considered pets and are accepted in accordance with Federal Fair Housing laws. Residents or Future Residents with an emotional support animal must provide appropriate supporting documentation for verification. Please contact the leasing office for full details, restrictions, and required documents.

At Woodland Oaks in Tulsa, Oklahoma, we know pets are part of the family. That’s why we’re proud to welcome both cats and dogs into our community with a pet policy designed to keep things comfortable for all residents.
